This roll is for completely closed, fully healed skin. Do not apply it to open areas, scabs or draining skin. Ask your care team when to start after surgery.
How long might I need to continue scar care?
Think in weeks to months, rather than days. Changes vary with the scar and the person; improvement is not guaranteed. Older scars may respond differently.
What if I notice irritation?
Stop using the strip if you develop a rash, irritation or skin breakdown. Ask a healthcare professional for advice before continuing.
What about movement, sweat or showering?
Fit varies with placement, movement and skin condition. Apply to clean, dry skin and check the edges after activity. Do not rely on the strip as a waterproof covering; follow the supplied care instructions for water exposure.
Will removal pull at my skin or leave residue?
Skin, hair and placement can affect removal. Peel back slowly while supporting the skin, and stop if it hurts. A pain-free or residue-free experience cannot be guaranteed.
How do I work out how many rolls I need?
Each roll contains 300 cm of material. Divide that by your cut length to estimate the number of full-width strips, allowing for cutting waste. Use the supply calculator in Product Details to compare packs.
